I work with teens 13+ and adults, with a focus on trauma, relationships,neurodivergence, grief, family dynamics that get complicated fast, identity, anxiety, and depression.


My approach is relational, collaborative, and paced with care — with humor welcome when it genuinely helps, and depth when it’s time for it.
You don’t have to arrive with the answers. We start where you are, and the work can unfold in a way that finally feels steady, safe, and worth staying for.
