Every part of you is welcome here.
A warm, relational space to work through what hurts, hold what feels heavy, and move toward more clarity, ease, and connection, at a pace that makes healing possible.

If you’re curious about therapy for the first time, or returning after an experience that felt rushed, scripted, or not quite safe, you’re welcome here.
I work with teens 13+ and adults, with a focus on trauma, relationships, neurodivergence, grief, family dynamics, identity, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and paced with care, humor, and depth. You don’t have to arrive with the answers. We start where you are, and work in a way that feels steady, safe, and worth staying for.
Therapy that honors your story, your nervous system, and your pace.

We explore how you show up in relationships, including the one between us, and gently work with attachment patterns, boundaries, and needs.

Psychodynamic exploration to understand how past experiences and protective patterns shape your present, opening space for new choices.

We consider the broader context of your life. The roles you’ve had to play, the pressures you’ve carried, and the spaces you’ve moved through, while honoring your voice and choices.
If something in you is curious or hopeful (even just a little), that’s worth listening to. You’re welcome to reach out and see if we might be a good fit.
